Harry Olieman is an Adviser at Altius and is a co-founder of the firm. Harry is based in Singapore.
Prior to forming Altius, Harry spent 13 years as Chief Executive Officer of the $3 billion IBM Netherlands Retirement System. In this capacity he had special interest in private equity and, from 1984 to 1995, built up the IBM Netherlands portfolio. He was also responsible for the management of the investments of the Pension Fund of IBM Belgium, and held positions with IBM in the Netherlands, the US, and the UK. Harry holds an RBA (Register Belegginsanalyst), awarded in the Netherlands through an extensive financial analysis certification program similar to the CFA program. Harry speaks Dutch and English.
