Jay Yoder Joins Altius Associate
Altius is pleased to announce the hiring of Jay Yoder, CFA. Jay will join Altius as a Partner and Head of Real Assets and work out of Altius' North American Richmond, VA office. Jay will specialize in real assets for Altius and develop a fund-of-funds focused on energy, timber, and infrastructure. Jay brings over 20 years of investment experience to Altius. Jay was previously a co-founder of Tuckerbrook Alternative Investments, located in Marblehead, MA, where he most recently managed a real assets fund-of-funds.

Brad Young, Partner and Head of North America for Altius, has known Jay for some time and stated: "Jay and I have known each other for over 10 years and we are both dedicated to the same ideals: strong due diligence, access to top managers, and generating great returns for our investors."
Prior to Tuckerbrook, Jay was the Director of Investments at both Smith and Vassar colleges, where he generated top-quartile returns. He is the author of Endowment Management: A Practical Guide. Jay has an undergraduate degree from Albright College, where he currently serves on the Board of Trustees and chairs its investment subcommittee. He also holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
